PS. If you are going to hand up your form, pls include 2 passport size photo, 2 photocopy copies of your passport , your consent form and $100 deposit.
So far, I have only receive sheryl, chang yen and derwin's consent forms.. I am expecting more people to go. So pls get your parents to sign that form and hand it up. And if your parents need more information bout MT, pls don't hestitate to give them either sister nana or my number. (:
